We provide portals into our origination system eFIRST Origin (‘eFO’) for brokers when necessary, managing the process from decision in principal and application through to offer and completion.
eFO is highly automated and allocates tasks to specific team members, maximising efficiency. It also generates reminders to ensure no task is ever missed, with a user friendly broker portal available to enhance the experience for intermediary customers if required.
Service level requirements and key performance indicators can be built in to the system, enabling us to measure each section of any process. All our systems are integrated and customer details automatically transfer from our origination to our servicing system upon completion. As the process is automated, it reduces risk and greatly increases efficiency.
We provide a case manager for each customer for a fast, personalised service, allowing us to keep them informed of the progress of their application at every stage. We have a team of experienced underwriters who have been underwriting loan applications for many years and staff who have experience in advised sales. Our new lending team have an average of 15 years of financial services experience and with the scale of our capability we have worked with our clients to help them develop their policies and procedures to meet their goals.
