Link Asset Services (LAS) does not tolerate the direct or indirect offer, payment, solicitation or acceptance of bribes in any form. LAS understands the importance of setting the right culture from the very top of the company and embedding the correct set of values throughout the business. LAS also understands its responsibility to ensure that management, employees and any relevant external stakeholders are aware of LAS policy and our zero tolerance of bribery. LAS has designed and implemented an Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) programme, which assigns unambiguous responsibility to all business units’ directors to carry out this programme.
We regularly update these procedures, controls and risk criteria to ensure they remain consistent with applicable laws, regulations and best practices, and that they also take into account the findings of internal and external reviews. Particular areas of focus include ongoing bribery and corruption risk assessments, continued strengthening of due diligence procedures and clearly articulated policy requirements. LAS risk and compliance teams assist businesses in implementing the LAS ABC programme, as well as monitoring and reporting on developments.
